Children’s and Minors’ Data

Our Services are not intended for, and we do not knowingly collect any PI from children under the age of eighteen. If we learn we have collected or received PI from a child under 18 years old without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information.

The PI That We Collect or Process

“Personal information” and “Personal data” is data or information that identifies, relates to, or describes, directly or indirectly, you as an individual, such as your name, email address, telephone number, mailing address, or payment information (for example, account information

such as name, postal address, and email address, any other identifier we may use to contact you online or offline).

The types of PI we collect or process include:

o Contact information (name, email address, phone number, mailing address) and other information you provide us to communicate regarding products, services, support, and contracts.

o Transactional data (purchase history, payment details—no full credit card numbers are stored) to process orders, billing, and account reconciliation.

o Technical information (Internet protocol, or “IP” address of customers, users, and visitors, device/browser type, usage logs) to ensure site functionality, security, and performance optimization of the Services.

o Location data (approximate, based on IP address or user input – not precise GPS tracking) to tailor service availability and meet compliance requirements.

o Account history, including information about your subscription, account, transactions, purchases, order history, or discounts.

o Content and information you elect to provide as part of your profile or in any reviews you make through the Services or emails, chats, or other communications.

California Residents: California Consumer Privacy Act, or CCPA

If you are a California resident, you have certain rights pursuant to CCPA in connection with your PI:

RIGHT TO KNOW: You can request that we disclose to you: (1) the categories and/or specific pieces of PI we have collected about you, (2) the categories of sources for that PI, (3) the purposes for which we use this information, (4) the categories of third parties with whom we disclose the information, and (5) the categories of information that we sell or disclose to third parties. You can make a request to know up to twice a year, free of charge.

RIGHT TO DELETE: You may request that we delete PI collected from you and tell our service providers to do the same, subject to certain exceptions (such as if we are legally required to keep the information).

RIGHT TO OPT OF SALE OR SHARING: You may request that we stop selling or sharing your personal PI (“opt-out”), including via a user-enabled global privacy control available on some Internet browsers or through certain Internet browser extensions. We cannot sell or share your PI after we receive your opt-out request unless you later authorize us to do so again.

RIGHT TO CORRECT: You may ask us to correct inaccurate information that we have about you.

RIGHT TO LIMIT USE AND DISCLOSURE OF SENSITIVE PI: You can direct us to only use your sensitive PI (for example, your social security number, financial account information, your precise geolocation data, or your genetic data) for limited purposes, such as providing you with the services you requested.

You also have the right to be notified, before or at the point we collect your PI of the types of PI we are collecting about you and what we do with that information.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights under the CCPA. We cannot make you waive these rights, and any contract provision that says you waive these rights is unenforceable.

Some of the information identified above, including identification document information may be considered sensitive data under certain laws. If required under applicable law, we will collect and process sensitive PI only with your consent. If you choose not to provide or allow us to collect some information, we may not be able to provide you with requested features, services, or information.

We also collect:

o Statistics or aggregated information. Statistical or aggregated data does not directly identify a specific person, but we may derive non-personal statistical or aggregated data from PI. For example, we may aggregate PI to calculate the percentage of users accessing a specific Services feature.

o Technical information. Technical information includes information about your internet connection and usage details about your interactions with the Services, such as clickstream information to, through, and from our Services (including date and time), products that you view or search for; page response times, download errors, length of your visits to certain pages, page interaction information (such as scrolling, clicks, and mouse-overs), or methods used to browse away from a page.

If we combine or connect non-personal statistical or technical data with PI so that it directly or indirectly identifies an individual, we treat the combined information as PI.

How We Collect Your Personal and Other Data

You Provide Information to Us

We collect information about you when you interact with our Services, such as when you create or update an account, place an order, subscribe, make a purchase, participate in surveys, sweepstakes, contests, or promotions, or create, upload, or post content to the Services, including reviews, and media such as photos, videos, or audio recordings. We also collect information when you register for a conference or trade show, complete a contact form, or communicate offline or electronically with us.

Automatically Through Our Services

As you navigate through and interact with our Services, we may use automatic data collection technologies to collect information that may include PI. Information collected automatically may include usage details, IP addresses, operating system, and browser type, and information collected through cookies, web beacons, and other tracking technologies including details of your interactions with our Services, such as traffic data, location data, logs, and other communication data, and which resources and Services features that you access and use.

We may use these automatic collection technologies to collect information about your online activities over time and across third-party sites or other online services, known as behavioral tracking.

Using automatic collection technologies helps us to improve our Services and to deliver a better and more personalized experience.

The technologies we use for this automatic data collection include:

· Cookies. A cookie is a small file placed on your device when you interact with the Services. You may refuse to accept or disable cookies by activating the appropriate setting on your browser or device. However, if you select this setting, you may be unable to access certain features of the Services.

· Web Beacons. Some parts of the Services and our emails may contain small electronic files known as web beacons (also referred to as clear gifs, pixel tags, and single-pixel gifs) that permit us, for example, to count users who have visited the Website or opened an email and for other related statistics (for example, recording the popularity of certain content and verifying system and server integrity).

· Artificial Intelligence, or “AI.” We rely on partners to assist us in delivering and managing the Services, including partners who provide customer relationship management, or CRM services. Such CRM partners, including SALESFORCE, utilize tools incorporating AI to collect and store PI.

To the extent any of these automated technologies are considered a PI sale, targeted advertising, or profiling under applicable laws, depending on where you live, you may opt out from use of these automated technologies for such uses by contacting sales@amft.com. Please note that some Services features may be unavailable as a result.

When you interact with the Services, there are third parties that may use automatic collection technologies to collect information about you or your device. These third parties include:

o Advertisers, ad networks, and ad servers.

o Analytics companies.

o Your device manufacturer.

o Your internet or mobile service provider.

o Social media sites, including LINKEDIN.

These third parties may use tracking technologies to collect information about you when you use the Services. The information they collect may be associated with your PI or they may collect information, including PI, about your online activities over time and across different websites, apps, platforms, and other online services. They may use this information to provide you with interest-based (behavioral) advertising or other targeted content.

We do not control these third parties’ tracking technologies or how they may be used. If you have any questions about an advertisement or other targeted content, you should contact the provider responsible directly.
